Fourth Seeheim Conference on Magnetism
28. March 2010 - 01. April 2010 in Frankfurt, Deutschland
Conference Information
A Conference series on magnetism will be organized in Germany under the auspices of Technische Universität Darmstadt and Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe. The first of the series of Seeheim Conference took place in 2001 in Germany . The fourth Conference on Magnetism (SCM2010) will take place from March 28 to April 1, 2010. The aim of the conference is to bring the scientists in the field of Magnetism together. The location is Holiday Inn, Frankfurt City-South, Conference Center. Frankfurt am Main is located in Central Germany and easily accessible by air, train and car. We invite you to join us in making this a memorable event.
The 4th Seeheim Conference on Magnetism (SCM2010) will be focused on the magnetism of nanostructured materials, interfaces, multilayers and nanoparticles. The most recent results will be presented in the form of plenary lectures, invited and contributed talks and posters.
Latest developments in the field of magnetism of magnetic materials are correlated with nanostructures in the form of particles, surfaces, multilayers, interfaces and interface dominated materials. These novel materials enter into many aspects of magnetism such as:
